Large Format Printing
We can print posters up to A0 (1189 mm x 841 mm) on our 12-ink, 1200 dpi large format printer, as well as 2.2 meter high pull-up banners. We can also print normal banners up to 1.1 meters wide, and up 6 meters long.
These posters and banners can be printed directly from a CD, DVD or flash memory stick, or we can scan the documents in (in B&W and Full Colour) on our large format scanner. (See Large Format Scanning under "Services" heading).
Although the posters and banners are meant for in-door use only, we can print on a variety of paper stock, from 80 gsm Bond (for B&W plans) to 180gsm Matt paper, 190 gsm Gloss, 190 gsm Silk finish, 375gsm Coated Canvas and 170 micron backlit film for the pull-up banners. (See also Pull-up banners).
The colour accuracy of the printer is so good that some of our freelance graphic design clients use the printer for litho colour proofs instead of more expensive chromalins.
